Author's tour "HISTORY OF THE GREAT EMPIRE"

Lima City Tour.
After breakfast, you will begin your exploration of the Peruvian capital. You will visit the Miraflores district, where you will see the Lovers' Park, Huaca Puyana, Olive Park and Huaca Yanamarca. Then the tour will continue to the historic center of Lima, where you will see the San Francisco Cathedral, the Central Square with the Presidential Palace, the bronze fountain and the Cathedral, as well as the San Martin Square.
Extra: Visit to the Casa Aliaga Museum ($40). This house, built on the foundations of an ancient Inca pyramid, belonged to the Spanish conquistador Jeronimo de Altaga and has preserved many historical values that tell about the life of the nobility during the colonial period.
Return to the 3* hotel "Britania".

Flight to Cusco.
After breakfast transfer to the airport and flight to Cusco. Upon arrival you will be met and taken to the 3* hotel "Siete Ventanas".
Sightseeing tour of Cusco: visit to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the temple of Kenko, the fortress of Puca-Pucara and the temple of water Tambomachay. You will also see the palace of Koricancha, dedicated to the God of the Sun.
Optional: Visit to Cusco Cathedral ($50).
Return to the 3* hotel "Siete Ventanas".

Sacred Valley of the Incas.
After breakfast, you will go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit the art fair in Pisac, where you can buy handicrafts. Then you will visit the Awanakancha Zoo, where you will see llamas, alpacas, huanacos and vicunas, and learn about the wool processing process.
Next, a visit to the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo, an important center of the Inca Empire.
Lunch at the national cuisine restaurant "Muña".
Return to Cusco and accommodation at the 3* hotel “Siete Ventanas”.

Machu Picchu.
After breakfast, transfer by train to Aguas Calientes, then take a bus up to the lost city of the Incas, Machu Picchu. This city, built in the 15th century, is considered a powerful energy center and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
After the excursion, descent to Aguas Calientes, lunch at the restaurant "El MAPI" and return by train to Cusco.
Transfer to the 3* hotel "Siete Ventanas".

Revisiting Machu Picchu.
The program is similar to the previous day.

Lake Titicaca.
After breakfast transfer to the port. Excursion to the floating islands of Uros, made of reeds. You will learn the history of the islands and their inhabitants, and also have the opportunity to ride on a reed boat.
Then visit the island of Taquile, famous for its weaving traditions. Lunch on the island.
Return to Puno and accommodation at the 3* hotel “Conde de Lemos Inn”.

Kolkinsky Canyon.
After breakfast, transfer to the Colca Canyon, the deepest in the world. On the way, stops at Lake Lagunillos to watch flamingos and at the Canchis restaurant for tea.
Arrival in the village of Chivay, accommodation at the 3* hotel “Colca Llacta”.
Additional: Visit to hot springs.

Colca Canyon.
After breakfast, visit the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, which offers views of the canyon and the flight of the condors.
Return to the hotel, lunch, then transfer to Arequipa with stops at the volcanoes.
Accommodation at the 3* hotel "Santa Rosa".

Arequipa.
After breakfast, excursion to Arequipa: visit to the Santa Catalina Monastery, the central square, the cathedrals and the Yanahuara viewpoint.
Transfer to Nazca by bus (lunch included).
Accommodation at the 3* hotel "Alegria".

Nazca Lines.
After breakfast, fly over the Nazca Lines - giant drawings visible only from above.
Transfer to Paracas, accommodation at the 3* hotel “La Posada del Emancipador”.

Ballestas Islands.
After breakfast, excursion to the Ballestas Islands, home to seals, penguins and birds. You will also see the "Candelabra", a giant drawing on the rock.
Transfer to Lima, accommodation at the 3* hotel “Britania”.

End of the tour.
After breakfast, free time in Lima.
Extra: Visit to the Larco Herrera Museum ($80), which displays unique artifacts from ancient civilizations.
Transfer to the airport.
