A transparent per-ticket service fee applies on flight and rail bookings — industry-standard, fully disclosed at checkout. Service fee details are visible to your finance team in real-time on every booking.
See full feature comparison →Transparent fees. Industry-standard. Zero markups.
Every corporate travel platform charges a service fee on flight and rail tickets. Concur charges them. Navan charges them. TravelPerk charges them. The difference is whether they tell you upfront.
Travel Code's service fee on airline ticket issuance is a transparent floating fee disclosed at checkout, on every confirmation, and in your monthly statement. It covers GDS access (Amadeus/Sabre), airline NDC connections, ticket support, and refund processing. It is not a hidden markup on your fare.
What we don't charge service fees on: hotels, cars, transfers, group bookings under 10 travelers, ancillary services (seats, baggage). On hotels specifically, we surface negotiated rates that lower your total — we earn supplier commission, you earn the savings.
Common per-seat platforms
- Per-seat license fee (grows with team)
- Service fee on tickets (often hidden)
- Markup on hotels (sometimes)
- Implementation fee

- Premium for integrations
Travel Code
- Flat plan price (Free / Premium / Pro)
- Transparent service fee on tickets only
- Zero markup on hotels, cars, transfers
- Zero implementation fee
