Transparent fees. Industry-standard. Zero markups.

Every corporate travel platform charges a service fee on flight and rail tickets. Concur charges them. Navan charges them. TravelPerk charges them. The difference is whether they tell you upfront.

Travel Code's service fee on airline ticket issuance is a transparent floating fee disclosed at checkout, on every confirmation, and in your monthly statement. It covers GDS access (Amadeus/Sabre), airline NDC connections, ticket support, and refund processing. It is not a hidden markup on your fare.

What we don't charge service fees on: hotels, cars, transfers, group bookings under 10 travelers, ancillary services (seats, baggage). On hotels specifically, we surface negotiated rates that lower your total — we earn supplier commission, you earn the savings.

Common per-seat platforms

  • Per-seat license fee (grows with team)
  • Service fee on tickets (often hidden)
  • Markup on hotels (sometimes)
  • Implementation fee
  • Premium for SSO / SCIM
  • Premium for integrations

Travel Code

  • Flat plan price (Free / Premium / Pro)
  • Transparent service fee on tickets only
  • Zero markup on hotels, cars, transfers
  • Zero implementation fee
  • SSO included on Pro
  • API / webhook included on Pro

Pricing questions, answered.

Service fees, billing, migration, supplier rates — the seven we hear most from procurement and finance.

How is the service fee structured? +
It's a transparent floating fee on each airline ticket and rail booking, disclosed at checkout. The exact fee depends on supplier and route. Hotels, cars, transfers, and group bookings under 10 travelers: zero service fee. Service fee details are in your account settings.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing? +
Yes, anytime. We'll prorate your current cycle and apply the annual discount on next renewal.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply on the next billing cycle.
Do I need to migrate to use Travel Code? +
For most companies between 100 and 500 employees, full migration takes ~9 days. Larger programs (500–2,000 employees) typically take 2–3 weeks. AI Policy Builder reads existing PDF policies and configures the platform automatically. No double-running of platforms required.
What about negotiated supplier rates we already have? +
They come with you. We integrate with Amadeus — your corporate codes load for both flights and hotels. Your contracted rates stack on top of our public and NDC content.
How does RateGuard work with Premium vs Pro plans? +
RateGuard watches every booking after issuance. When the price drops, we void and rebook within the airline's and hotels rules. On Premium plan, we return 20% of the savings to you. On Pro plan, 50%. The remainder funds RateGuard's continuous price-monitoring infrastructure.
Are there loyalty rewards? +
Yes. We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold loyalty tiers based on your annual spending. Each tier unlocks better cancellation terms, priority support, and additional savings on top of contracted rates.
