Built during the reign of Queen Seondeok (632-647), it was used to observe the stars to predict the weather. Visit to the Anapchi pond, a picturesque place that was built in 674 AD. According to excavations carried out in 1974, the pond was oval in shape and had a length of 200 m and a width of 180 m, and in the middle of the pond there were 3 islands. Currently, after restoration work, the lake has a round shape.
