The Cardholder Agreement is finalized at card activation.
The Travel Code Visa Commercial Card is issued by Coastal Community Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The full Cardholder Agreement — including fee schedule, dispute resolution, and the Truth in Lending Act disclosures applicable to your specific program — is provided in your card activation packet and inside the Travel Code dashboard once your company onboards. We don't publish a single static version because the terms are tailored to your company's program structure.
If you need to review the agreement before signing a contract — for procurement, legal review, or finance approval — request a copy below and we'll send it within one business day.
