Approve the steak. Decline the personal soda.

Most expense platforms read receipt totals only — approve the whole thing or reject it. Travel Code reads every line. Approve what's in policy. Decline what isn't. Automatically.

Line-item visibility doesn't just make policy enforcement work — it makes audits painless. Every approval decision is logged with the line, the rule, and the approver. Your CFO sleeps better. Approvals stop waiting on paperwork, so reimbursements clear as soon as they're approved.

Want the upgrade? Pay the difference yourself.

Split payments let employees book what they want without breaking policy. Company pays up to the policy limit. Employee pays the rest, automatically, from their personal card.

No more "let me book it personally and submit for partial reimbursement." No more awkward conversations about who's paying for the upgrade. The policy is the policy. The employee gets their preferred room. The CFO gets a clean expense report.

Travelers know how much they have. Always.

Most expense systems hide budgets from the traveler. Travel Code shows them — in the booking flow, in the mobile app, in real time.

Out-of-budget bookings happen because travelers don't know they're out of budget. Show them the number in the booking flow, in the app, and in real time — and most of those bookings never get started.

Save up to 10% on business travel.*

Travel Code customers save up to 10% on travel — through three independent layers, each with transparent math. We don't add them up to chase a marketing number. Here's how each works.

Layer 01 · Negotiated rates
Up to 7%

Direct supplier contracts.

Up to 7% on hotels and flights through our direct supplier contracts. Applies at the time of booking — not as a refund, not as a future credit.

SUPPLIERS Direct contracts
Layer 02 · RateGuard
~12%

Auto-rebook on price drops.

After you book, RateGuard monitors prices. If the rate drops, we rebook automatically at the lower price and refund the difference. Around 12% of monitored bookings catch a drop.

Real dollars on eligible purchases.

Up to 1.5% on eligible purchases made with the Travel Code Corporate Card. Real dollars, applied as statement credit or to your next booking. No points, no expirations.

Who issues the Travel Code Corporate Card? +
The Travel Code Corporate Credit Card is issued by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. and may be used everywhere Visa is accepted. Travel Code is a financial technology company, not a bank.
How does TC Cash work? +
You earn up to 1.5% on eligible purchases made with the card. The rate is determined by card type and transaction currency. TC Cash is applied as statement credit or to your next travel booking — at full dollar value. No points conversion, no expirations. TC Cash accrues only on settled, eligible transactions; returns, refunds, and disputed charges reverse the accrual.
Is there a credit line? +
Yes, an optional credit line is available on the Scale plan, extended through our banking partner. Approval is subject to underwriting review and additional terms apply. Credit limits are set at the company level and can be allocated across cardholders by your admin.
Can I use my existing corporate cards instead of Travel Code Visa? +
Yes, on the Scale plan. Connect your existing corporate cards from any major US or EU bank or card provider — 12,000+ institutions supported via Plaid. You get most of the platform's software benefits — itemized OCR, Robert ask, approvals, sync, analytics — across your connected cards. Real-time controls like instant limits, split payments, and pre-authorization blocks require the Travel Code Corporate Card.
Which accounting tools do you integrate with? +
QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, and 45+ others. Direct API sync at the line-item level — no CSV exports. GL codes, cost centers, classes, locations and projects sync both ways; new entries created in your accounting system appear in Travel Code within minutes.
Will applying affect my credit score? +
The application uses a soft credit pull at the company level. It does not affect personal credit scores of cardholders. You must be 18 years or older to apply for a card. Underwriting is performed by Coastal Community Bank.
