Hotels and serviced stays, ranked by your policy first.
2.4M+ properties from Booking, Expedia TAAP, HRS, and direct chain agreements. Your negotiated rates appear inline. Per-city caps, preferred-property steering, and amenity rules applied at search.
Around 80 content sources, one merged, ranked search.
We blend GDS hotel content with major wholesalers (Booking, Expedia TAAP, HRS) and regional aggregators across every market. Your own negotiated chain rates and corporate codes apply on top. The cheapest in-policy rate wins, regardless of source — and we log which source supplied it.
Booking, Expedia TAAP, HRS combined.
Independent properties, regional chains, boutique hotels, B&Bs. Live availability and rate parity monitored. We surface the cheapest source and log which one supplied it.
Apply your own negotiated programs.
Marriott Global Sales, Hilton GLN, IHG Business Edge, Accor, Hyatt, Wyndham, Choice — load your corporate codes once and they apply at search. Loyalty earning credited to the traveler's account.
Serviced apartments for 7+ night stays.
SACO, The Ascott, Cheval, Bridgestreet, plus regional providers. Cheaper than hotels for long stays, with kitchens and laundry. Auto-suggested when stay length crosses your threshold.
Caps, preferred properties, and amenity rules — applied before the booking decision.
Per-city caps that respect reality.
Hotel pricing is local. A reasonable London cap is unreasonable in Tulsa. Set caps by city tier, by season, or per-property type. We flag out-of-cap rates clearly and route to approval — without hiding cheaper alternatives.
- City caps — by city, region, or season. Auto-tier suggestions based on your booking history.
- Preferred property steering — your negotiated hotels rank higher; non-preferred logged for reporting.
- Amenity rules — require Wi-Fi, breakfast, or specific cancellation terms; non-compliant filtered.
- Long-stay rules — auto-suggest serviced apartments past your threshold (default 7 nights).
Negotiated chain rates load on day one — and travelers see them inline.
Marriott GS, Hilton GLN, IHG Business Edge — automatic.
If you've already negotiated chain corporate codes, they load during onboarding. If you haven't, you use ours — Travel Code negotiates consortia rates that often beat what mid-market companies can secure direct.
- Direct loyalty earning — points credit to traveler accounts, not corporate-locked.
- Last room availability — corporate codes hold inventory most retail searches don't see.
- Rate audits — daily parity checks; rebook if a lower public rate appears at booking time.
- RFP support — annual rate negotiation handled for you on Pro plans.
When stays cross 7 nights, hotels stop making sense.
Past a week, a serviced apartment beats a hotel on price, comfort, and traveler well-being. We surface the math at booking time — same neighborhood, kitchen included, laundry on-site, often 30–40% cheaper. Travelers can still pick a hotel; they just see the alternative. For non-standard stays, our concierge team books Airbnb on your behalf — same approval flow, single invoice, points where eligible.
Serviced suggested
Side-by-side comparison appears at search. Traveler picks. Both options remain available.
Serviced default
Search ranks serviced first. Hotel still bookable but requires confirmation.
Approval required for hotel
Cost delta typically too large. Manager approval routed automatically if traveler insists.
Project housing
Routed to dedicated project-housing partners. Different commercial model, lower rates, longer leases.
Common questions on accommodation.
Will my Marriott / Hilton / IHG corporate codes work?
Yes. Corporate codes belong to your company — they load during onboarding and apply automatically at search. Travelers earn loyalty points to their personal accounts, including elite-night credit. We don't lock points to corporate.
What about properties not in any major chain?
The 2.1M-property pipe (Booking + Expedia TAAP + HRS) covers virtually every bookable property worldwide, including independents, boutique hotels, and B&Bs. If a property is bookable online, it's probably in our search.
How do you handle rate parity issues?
We monitor parity daily. If a public rate appears below your corporate rate within the cancellation window, we'll either rebook automatically (if rules allow) or flag it for the traveler. We never silently leave money on the table.
Can finance pay the hotel directly without the traveler fronting cost?
Yes. Issued Travel Code Visa cards can be set as the payment method per booking. The card charges directly at the property. No reimbursement workflow, no expense report.
Do you support non-bookable / direct-only chains?
Some boutique chains and properties only contract direct. We integrate with the major direct programs and use a manager-assisted booking flow for the rest. Within hours, not days.
