The platform your corporate clients won't leave you for.
Travel Code gives independent TMCs a modern booking, expense, and card platform — under your brand or ours. Your contracts, your rates, your relationships. Without the 18-month build cycle.
Your best clients are being pitched modern platforms every quarter.
Independent TMCs built decades of relationships with corporate clients. Now those clients are getting cold-called by direct-sales platforms — pitching modern UIs, AI agents, integrated expense, and cards in one product. Your CFO clients listen, because what they have is clunky.
The gap isn't your service — your service is better. The gap is the software underneath. GDSs solve a 1990s problem. Modern direct-sales platforms raised hundreds of millions to solve a 2026 problem. You can't out-engineer them.
You don't have to. You can run on the same modern infrastructure — under your brand.
Everything your corporate clients ask for. Your brand on top.
Travel Code gives you the platform; you give your clients your service. Pick how visible we are — fully white-labeled, co-branded, or our brand if that fits the deal.
Your brand. Our infrastructure.
Your logo, your colors, your domain (clients.yourtmc.com). Travel Code is invisible to the corporate client — they see your TMC as the technology vendor.
Your brand. Our brand. Together.
Your logo and ours share space. Clients see "Yourtmc Travel Solutions, powered by Travel Code." Combines your relationship with our credibility.
Our brand, you keep the relationship.
Clients see Travel Code; you remain the agency of record. Useful when the client specifically wants a known-vendor brand. You earn from booking, not from software.

One console. All your clients. Real economics.
You don't replace your business — you upgrade what's underneath it. Your team logs into one TMC operations console, manages every client account, sees every booking and every dollar.
Onboard your TMC
We set up your TMC console, your branding (if white-label), and migrate your client list. ~2 weeks for most TMCs.
Configure per client
For each corporate client, we set up their travel policy, integrations, payment methods, and approval workflows. AI Policy Builder reads existing PDFs in minutes.
Bring your contracts
Upload your negotiated airline and hotel rates per client. They stack on top of our public and NDC content. You don't lose anything you've built.
Operate, expand, defend
Your team books, supports, and grows accounts on a modern platform. Your clients get the UX they were threatening to leave for. You keep the relationship.
Built for how TMCs actually work.
Multi-client switching, agent impersonation, per-client reporting, supplier commission tracking. The things TMCs need that consumer-style platforms ignore.
Multi-client switching
Jump between any client's environment in one click — every policy, route, and approval queue stays scoped.
Agent impersonation
Book and support on behalf of any client traveler — full audit log on every action.
Commission tracking
See your earnings per client, per supplier, per month — reconciled automatically against bookings.

Let's talk economics.
Pricing depends on how you want to work with us — white-label scope, client volume, branding, and revenue share. We don't list a number on a webpage because the right structure depends on your business.
Most TMC partnerships involve a combination of: per-active-traveler economics, supplier commission share, and optional white-label setup. We'll walk through your client list, your current revenue, and your goals — and propose a structure that grows your margins, not just our revenue.
Common questions from TMC owners.
How long does it take to onboard our TMC and our existing clients?
TMC console + branding setup is typically 2 weeks. Client onboarding runs in parallel — most clients between 50 and 500 travelers go live within 1–2 weeks of policy configuration. AI Policy Builder reads existing client policy PDFs and configures the platform in minutes, not weeks.
Can we keep our existing GDS contracts and negotiated rates?
Yes. Travel Code integrates with Sabre and Amadeus — your existing GDS content remains available, and your corporate codes load for both flights and hotels. Your hotel and airline negotiated rates stack on top of our public and NDC content.
Who does the corporate client see — us or Travel Code?
You choose per client or as a TMC default. Three options: fully white-labeled (your brand only), co-branded (your brand and ours together), or Travel Code-branded (our brand, you remain the agency of record).
How do we handle support — your team or ours?
Both. Tier 1 support — booking changes, password resets, basic questions — typically stays with your team because clients call you. Tier 2 — platform issues, integration problems, complex changes — escalates to Travel Code support, available 24/7. We can also handle Tier 1 directly under your brand if you prefer.
What about cards? Do our clients have to use Travel Code cards?
No. Travel Code corporate cards are an option for clients who want them — issued by Coastal Community Bank, with TC Cash, virtual cards, and split payments. Clients who prefer to keep their existing corporate cards can connect them via Plaid on the Pro plan and still get our software layer (itemized OCR, Robert, approvals, sync). Cards are not required.
What happens if Travel Code is acquired or goes out of business?
Standard partnership agreements include data portability and continuity clauses. Your client data, configurations, and contracts are exportable at any time. We're SOC 2 audited and run multi-region infrastructure. We're also currently growing, profitable on partner deals, and not for sale — but the contractual protections matter regardless.
