Meet Travel Code at Business Travel Show Europe 2026 — Stand L71

Travel Code is at Business Travel Show Europe 2026 on 24-25 June at ExCel London — Stand L71. We are also one of the nine finalists selected for the 2026 Innovation Faceoff, pitching live on 23 June at 13:45, South Gallery Level 2, Room 20.

If you run a corporate travel program and you have ever wondered whether you can extract more savings without ripping out your TMC, this is the meeting to take. Book a 15-minute slot at L71 →

Hand-picked: 1 of 9 Innovation Faceoff finalists

Business Travel Show Europe receives dozens of submissions each year for its Innovation Faceoff. The 2026 edition picked nine companies — Travel Code is one of them — to present 5-minute pitches to a panel of buyers and industry analysts. The judges:

  • Keesup Choe — CEO, PredictX
  • Andy Hoskins — Editor-in-Chief, The Beat
  • Benjamin Park — Executive Director Travel & Sustainability, Parexel
  • Carine Morin — Regional Travel Manager EMEA, ServiceNow

Awards (Business Travel Innovator + People's Choice) are announced on 24 June at 11:00 in the Knowledge Arena.

Why book a meeting at L71

Travel Code is not a TMC. It is a BYOD (bring-your-own-data) overlay that runs alongside Concur, Egencia, SAP Concur, Amex GBT, Navan, or any TMC of record. Three things differentiate the conversation we will have at the stand:

  1. RateGuard pricing: 25% of validated savings. No SaaS subscription, no per-user fee, no multi-year contract. You pay only when measurable rate reductions land in your booking system. The other eight finalists run subscription models — this is the only performance-based pricing on the floor.
  2. BYOD overlay, not vendor swap. Implementation runs 2-4 weeks because there is no migration. We re-shop hotel and air rates, surface unified duty-of-care data, and reconcile spend across whatever TMC you already use. You keep your contracts, your supplier negotiations, and your traveler workflow intact.
  3. Programs running 4-6 TMCs see consolidated visibility for the first time. If you operate across regions with multiple TMC contracts, a BYOD layer is the only way to get one duty-of-care feed and one rate-shopping engine without forcing a global rip-and-replace.

What you will see at the demo

At L71 we run a live rate re-shop on a sample itinerary, switch the underlying OBT between Concur, Egencia, and SAP, and show:

  • Hotel rate re-shopping that captures 8-15% incremental savings after the initial booking (per ARC 2025 corporate distribution data on overlay platforms)
  • A duty-of-care feed unified across all booking sources — not only the bookings made through your primary TMC
  • Two-minute integration with any Amex GBT, BCD, CWT, Navan, TravelPerk, or Direct Travel program — no developer time required on your side
