The Travel Code team attended the ITB exhibition in Berlin from March 4th to 6th.
The exhibition gathered a record number of exhibitors from different countries and sectors of tourism: destinations, hotels, airlines, and technology. The stands of Arab countries and airlines, such as Turkish Airlines, Etihad Airways, and Emirates Airline, particularly stood out. TravelHub is interested in airlines providing domestic flights.
The main trends of the exhibition are new solutions, advanced technologies, the development of mobile applications, and competition with traditional tour operators. Mobile applications play a significant role in the booking process. Large aggregators such as Expedia, Google, Uber, and Booking.com were represented at the exhibition.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) improve customer service and allow virtual visits to hotels and attractions. Blockchain ensures transaction security, robotics automate tasks, and biometrics speed up registration and enhance security.
The Travel Code team established contacts and concluded agreements with partners and industry leaders. Travel Code offers advanced solutions in the field of tourism for tourists and corporate clients.
